Without You

This story is the dream that i had last night. 

It was a friday morning. The day of their 5 year anniversary of being together. The sun was shining, birds were chirping, and kids were already playing outside. A lovely couple were still laying in bed, smiling at each other…saying goodmornings and talking about how cute each other were.

*laying in the bed..alarm clock goes off*

Boyfriend: Good morning baby.

Girlfriend: Morning sweety.

Boyfriend: how was your sleep?

Girlfriend: good, what about yours baby?

Boyfriend: same.

Girlfriend: your soo cute(:

Boyfriend: i kno you are.

Boyfriend: happy 5 years baby.

Girlfriend: happy 5 strong good years to you too babe.

*phone rings*

Boyfriend: i got it baby. *gets up from bed*

Boyfriend: *walks to the phone and answers*

Girlfriend: *gets up to go to the bathroom and fix herself*

Girlfriend: *hears her babe laughing and goes to the other phone and listens*

Boyfriend: Oh really, its gunna be tonight at 8? alright, we’ll be there.

Girl on phone: okay, awesome. see you guys there. miss you. take care.

Boyfriend: miss you too. same to you.

Girlfriend: *feeling soo confused wondering who he was talking to. wondering did he have another girl?*

*boyfriend walks in the bathroom*

Girlfriend: so, who was that baby?

Boyfriend: oh, just a friend. They want us to go to a get-together party. Since highschool was over..they think we should all spend time together.

Girlfriend: is that soo? alright then. wat time and where?

Boyfriend: It’s at 8 at a friends house.

Girlfriend: okay. come on babe, lets get breakfast. *reaches hand out*

Boyfriend: *grabs girlfriends hand and walks out the apartment to the diner to eat.*

It’s 7:30 p,m. and the couple are just leaving their apartment and on their way to the party. Girlfriend takes out a necklace and puts it on her boyfriend. Boyfriend, he was planning to propose to her on that day..but he wanted to make it special and do it at the party. he was soo excited..grasping the box that held the ring in his pocket.

Girlfriend: here baby, this is for you. happy 5 years.<3

Boyfriend: aww, thanks babe.

They both go into the car and drive to the party.

Girlfriends quiet and suspicious about this other girl. 15 minutes later, they arrive at the party. They pull up to a house..a big mansion. with lights everywhere. A typical highschool party.

*couple gets out of the car*

Boyfriend: lets go babe *holds onto his girlfriends hand*

Girlfriend: *holds onto her boyfriends hand*

*both walk up to the door and doorbell*

They both look at each other..thinking how both of them look so good tonight. (:

*door opens*

Boyfriend: hey ading!!

Girl at the door: *known as ading* hey kuya!! been a while since i’ve seen you.

Ading was the boyfriends ex. and after all they’ve been through..they said it was best they stayed as friends. so now, they’re closer than ever.. they call each other big brother and little sister. 

Boyfriend: Hey, i want you to meet my girlfriend. 

Ading: hi, nice to meet you *walk up and gives his girlfriend a hug*

Girlfriend: nice to meet you too. *thinking in her head: so this is the girl he was talking to*

When they walk inside they see their friends. friends from highschool, from childhood years, from everywhere.

People constantly saying hi and starting conversations about how lifes been.

Girlfriend: *see’s her bestie and says hi*

Bestie: OMG! your here! 

Girlfriend: yeah, baby told me to come.

Bestie: aww, that sweet. come on lets talk over there.

After a few hours of talking and partying. His girlfriend comes to him and says, lets watch a movie(:

So they walk upstairs and sit in the theater room with a few other people..one of them was his ex..his ading.

Boyfriend: *puts arm around his girlfriend* So, how was your night baby?

Girlfriend: *wraps amrs around her boyfriend* pretty good, got to talk to all my friends. how bout you babe?

Boyfriend: pretty good, got to chill with the guys.

Girlfriend: aww, thats cute(;

1 hour past. eveyone accept the couple and some friends are asleep.

Girlfriend: * babe, i’ll be back. gunna go to the bathroom*

Boyfriend: alright babe, be safe (;

Girlfriend: *walks to the bathroom.

Watching the movie, the boyfriend gets hit in the face by his ex. He looks at her and see’s she’s sleeping. So he carried her to her room. When he was setting her down, his necklace gets tangled with hers. To avoid it from breaking he goes down and lays ontop of her.

Back at the theater room, his girlfriend comes back and doesn’t see him and ading there. and asks her bestie where they went. She told her, “i think he brought her to a room somewhere there. *points to the direction her boyfriend and ading went. so she walks around looking for him. She comes to the room where her boyfriend brought ading to rest. She walks in and see’s him ontop of her..not knowing that he was just untangling his necklace.

Girlfriend: *disgraced and furious* Fuck your promises, fuck all your promises, fuck being with me. It’s over.

Boyfriend: Babe, its not what you think. 

Girlfriend: i seee whats going on, how can u say that?

Boyfriend: baby, wait. let me explain *still trying to untangle the necklace.

Girlfriend: its done. *walks to her bestie*

Boyfriend: Fuck, *rips the necklace and drops it by accident. and runs to his girlfriend*

At the theater room, his girlfriend runs crying to her bestie and asks her to take her home. and they leave.

Running after the car, the boyfriend is too late and loses sight of them. He runs to his car and tries to catch up…but doesn’t see them anywhere. He drives home hoping she’s there…but she’s not. He calls her cell, messages her on facebook, calls his friends..nothing. its been 1 week since the incident. He wakes up to a doorbell. He runs downstairs and opens the door, its his girlfriend. He hugs her and tries to explain. but she says, i don’t want anymore of your lies.

Boyfriend: baby, please. let me tell you what happened.

Girlfriend: no, just stop. im here to pick up my things.

Trying to explain what happened, his girlfriend ignores what he’s saying and starts to cry while getting her stuff.

A few days past..he goes out for a cup of coffee at the diner. When he walks in, he see’s his girlfriends bestie and says hi. 

Boyfriend: hey.

Bestie: hi.

Boyfriend: have u heard anything about babes?

Bestie: well, she’s pretty mad. and she’s moved on. because of what you did, cheating on her. you hurt her.

The boyfriend tells her everything. And bestie realizes that he’s telling the truth, she can hear it in his voice and see it in his eyes. 

Boyfriend: do you kno where she’s staying.

Bestie: yeah, she’s staying with me.

Boyfriend: do you think u can tell her what really happened?

Bestie: yeah, i’ll try. just hope she listens.. whenever she hears your name or anything about you.. she gets soo mad and walks away.

Boyfriend: thanks soo much.

The girlfriends bestie comes home and explains what happened today, but once the girlfriend heard his name..she told her bestie to shut up and never talk about him.

1 months passes..still no word from either his girlfriend or her bestie. Regretting everything, he slowly moves on, knowing that she’ll never come back.

2 months pass…the boyfriend decides he’s gunna leave and go to college. He’s going to Harvard…all the way on the other side of the U.S. Everyone came to say bye to him on his last day. Even his ading.

Ading: hi kuya, i heard what happened and im truly sorry. i didn’t think this would happen. 

Boyfriend: its okay ading, wasn’t your fault.

Ading: just have a safe trip<3 oh yeah.. and i found this on the floor next to my bed *raises up the broken necklace his girlfriend gave him on the day of their 5 years.*

Boyfriend: aww, thanks ading.

Ading gives him one last hug and leaves…soon his girlfriends bestie walks up and says that he’ll be missed and everything. Before she said goodbye, he told her to tell his girlfriend that he loves her. he also to the besties hand and said, “please give this to her.” She opens her hand and see’s the necklace. She runs home and tells her that her boyfriends leaving…

Bestie: HEY! he’s leaving to go to college in boston.

Girlfriend: what did i say about mentioning him.

Bestie: *walks up to her and slaps her* Listen to me just this one time. He wasn’t cheating on you!

Telling the truth. Bestie tells everything that the boyfriend told her. listening…the girlfriend feels remorsed..like she killed someone. She felt soo regretfull for not listening. Her bestie opens her hand and the necklace dangles, The girlfriend seeing that it was broken..she takes it and runs to him.

Girlfriend: *bangs on the door* Babe!!! open the door. im sorry, please i need to talk to you.

Stranger: uhm, excuse me miss. no one lives there anymore. the guy just drove off not to soon ago. u just missed him.

Girlfriend: Falling on her knees..feeling helpless…like apart of her heart was ripped out of her. She cries and cries.

Bestie: *running to her* hey, come on. lifes not over. come, lets go get some coffee.

Both walking to the diner, they see his car. The girlfriend runs in and looks for him. checking every table..nothing. she comes to the last table and see’s him…the table they ate at on their 5 years.

Girlfriend: baby, i just wanna say im soo sorry *starts crying* i should’ve listened to you. *gives him the necklace*

Boyfriend: its okay. doesn’t matter. you moved on and i moved on. we went our seperate ways. i just wanted to say, you were the best girlfriend ever. and i hope we can stay friends. keep in contact. * takes the necklace*

He takes out the box that had the ring, and set it on the table. He told her..i was gunna propose to you on that day. but i guess it was never meant to happen. He walks away to his car and starts crying. looks back at her one last time and gets into his car. He held the necklace in his hand and cried. he knew that he still loves her..but he couldn’t his heart was broken.

Crying soo much, she realizes what she wants. She wants to be with him, she wants live her life with him beside him. She hears the car start and runs out side. Just before he drove off. she ran infront of his car with her arms open. He immediately braked and realized that it was meant to be…she knew that she loved him still and that she was willing to do anything just to be with me…even put her self in harms way…which she did. He looked at her, she looked at him. He cried and smiled at her. He stepped out of his car and ran up to her. He picked her up and hugged her. 

Boyfriend: *setting her down* im sorry baby.. i love you soo much. i have all this time.

Girlfrine: im sorry too babe. i should’ve listened. i promise to listen next time anything happens. i love youu soo much.

Looking at the cute couple..the bestie stands at the entrance of the diner holding the box with the ring. She wistled and tossed the box to the boyfriend. The boyfriend caught it. Went on his knees and asked.

Boyfriend: Baby, will you marry me? *opening the box*

Girlfriend: *Crying happy tears* Yes baby, yes.

The boyfriend puts the ring on her and kisses her. Everyone around clapping and wooting. saying aww and how cute. The couple gets surprised and starts laughing…
